Meet the Founder

Dr. LaToya Pryce is a leader, educator, speaker, and community advocate committed to creating opportunities that help women grow personally, professionally, and financially.

Her work throughout her career has centered on a simple principle: people thrive when they are given the opportunity, resources, support, and space to do so.

That belief became the foundation for Be Inspired NJ.

LaToya recognized that many women have tremendous potential but may not always have access to the networks, mentors, financial knowledge, professional development, or community resources that can help move an idea or aspiration forward.

She created Be Inspired NJ to help bridge that gap.

Through mentorship, leadership development, financial wellness, entrepreneurship education, and community partnerships, her vision is to create an organization where women can access practical resources while also becoming part of a community that encourages them to think bigger about what is possible.

LaToya brings extensive experience in organizational leadership, employee and community engagement, program development, financial services, and leadership development. She holds a doctorate in leadership and has dedicated much of her professional and community work to helping individuals and organizations create environments where people can succeed.

For her, Be Inspired NJ is about more than inspiration.

It is about turning possibility into opportunity—and opportunity into impact.
