We created Be Inspired NJ to help women recognize their potential and provide meaningful opportunities to turn that potential into progress.

Be Inspired NJ was founded on a simple belief: inspiration can open the door, but opportunity creates lasting change.
We are a New Jersey nonprofit organization committed to helping women build confidence, strengthen skills, expand their networks, and access resources that support personal, professional, and financial growth.
Through education, mentorship, leadership development, financial wellness, entrepreneurship programs, and community partnerships, we create opportunities for women to move from inspiration to action.
Our work is rooted in community. We believe that when women have access to knowledge, relationships, resources, and opportunities, the impact extends beyond the individual — strengthening families, workplaces, businesses, and communities.
Our Approach

We believe empowerment looks different for every woman.
For one woman, it may mean developing the confidence to pursue a leadership opportunity.
For another, it may mean understanding her finances, starting a business, finding a mentor, returning to school, or simply discovering what she wants her next chapter to look like.
Our role is not to define success for women.
Our role is to help create the opportunities, resources, knowledge, and connections that allow women to define it for themselves.
